This mod improves fps in the night, thunder, rain, snow. This mod gain for me over 45fps(in the night 30fps, with rain 25-30fps, in extrasunny 30-45fps ) on nvidia gt230m and i5 520m 2,4 gHZ 1st gen in high resolution, water and textures.I try a lot of mods, but this mod is the best solution of perfomance and quality picture on low end systems. With this mod you can play GTA 5 without shutters and lags on every computer.
